I like to think of myself as a very social, genuine, and warm
person. I've been living in Baltimore for almost 6 months, and I'm
really enjoying city life so far. I'm on here to meet some people
outside my work and friend circles.
As for some interests, I love checking out live music, arts and
film,
happy
hour, and riding my
bicycle around the city. I dislike being
on any sort of schedule or having a place where I'm a "regular", so
I tend to make up plans on the fly and explore new places whenever
I get the chance. When I need some downtime, staying home with a
good movie or some new music sounds perfect.
I dine out a lot with friends and I'm especially fond of
sushi, Thai, and Mexican
food. I'll cook too, but usually only if I have someone to cook
with. I can make awesome homemade Buffalo wings!
I really enjoy
traveling and I've been backpacking
all over Europe. I studied abroad in France and loved it, mais je
ne parle pas bien le Français.
I moved to Baltimore (from Buffalo, NY) because of a good job
opportunity and the excitement of exploring somewhere totally new.
I have no regrets and I plan on sticking around for a little while
(either here or DC).
I'm an Electronics Engineer and I'm still trying to find my niche -
so I really like that I'm in a rotation program now. I plan on
getting my Masters in the next couple years.
Walking up to random people and introducing myself. I can carry a
conversation with almost anyone.
The girl at the Tim Hortons drive-through told me I have really
nice green eyes. I love Canada.
That, and I sometimes have the attention span of a goldfish.

Books: Been on a reading hiatus for a while, but (really) old
favorites would have to be 1984 and The Golden Compass. I tend to
read City Paper and magazines more than anything, but I wouldn't be
opposed to some good book recommendations.
TV: I don't watch much at all, but Flight of the Conchords and It's
Always Sunny in Philadelphia are pretty great.
Food: sushi, Italian, Thai... I'll try pretty much anything once.
What to write in this box.
Most likely dancing poorly somewhere. I also like to just wander
the pubs of Baltimore with friends (Fells Point, Federal Hill,
Canton, etc.), go bowling, or head to Harbor East for dinner and a
movie.
Of course, if it's been a looooong week, I'm probably relaxing or
sleeping.
I just bought the new John Mayer single on the internet.
You'd like a new friend, and maybe more. I'm enjoying being single
for once, so I'm not really looking to rush into anything.
I'm just looking for some interesting conversation and maybe a few
dates to see where things go.
