I am high-energy, stubborn optimist, and reluctant realist.
My Self-Summary
So here's to trying to summarize my life story in a short and witty
fashion? I grew up in OC and a part of me will always reflect that
(a penchant for sandals year round?). Recently I've been living in
Chicago while pursuing a degree at Northwestern University and
doing some professional theater in Chicago. To give you a laundry
list, I love most everything. I speak spanish and some french, love
russian literature, am a classically trained pianist, love any form
of the arts, practice bikram yoga, love biking and walking at
night, love the beach and bonfires and warm memories, grew up on a
steady diet of disneyland and healthy naive dreams, a sardonic
realist, and a subscriber to Nietzche. Recently I've moved back to
California, and readjusting to life out here has been interesting -
to say the least.
What I’m doing with my life
The question is really what am I not doing with my life? Earning a
degree in Communications to eventually pursue a career in HR
Consultation, performing in theatres throughout chicago (an avid
lover of karaoke as well). I'm trying to learn as much as I can
about myself through my friends, the choices I make, and the things
I choose to surround myself.
I’m really good at
Conversation, socializing, schmoozing (it's sad, but a really
useful skill to have), making friends, saying what I absolutely
want to say in the moment, playing piano, being a boyfriend (I have
stories, you'll have to find out more and maybe experience some of
your own?).
The first things people usually notice about me
Smile, eyes, or hair. Then its usually that I'm not some ditzy
pretty boy from California.

6. My friends (a collective noun, but it works, right?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Ironically, how to please the people whose approval matters to me,
and how it conflicts with what I might dream for itself. Then I
move on to how to follow my passions in a way that doesn't infringe
on anyone else's hopes or dreams for me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Hosting a Fondu party while listening to tragic 90's music that
reminds most people of years gone by. Or we're out singing karaoke
at a fantastic corner bar, or we're out swing dancing or clubbing
on the rare occaision.
Or going for a walk, spending the night talking, sipping on a nice
pinot grigio or cabernet sauvignon blanc.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I sometimes have a tendency to people please (which could
potentially get in the way of me being completely real/down to
earth 100% of the time).
You should message me if
You'd like to get coffee, talk, and find things in common.
