I think it goes without saying that I am a nerd/geek/what ever you wish to call it, and I'm damn proud of it ˆ_ˆ

What I really want more than anything is to connect to someone. It can simply be me just talking to someone to going so far as me starting a relationship with someone and everything in between those two.

I like to believe myself to be a rather open minded person, whether you are or not isn't always an issue for me unless it is some very key and specific issues. One such is something that I've seen a lot of people bring up on here, and that's LGBTQIA rights. I've been a strong Ally for as long as I've been aware of it, and in that I have to thank my parents for raising me in such a positive way.

I have an odd way of looking at the world, and I try to live my life as much by my morals (universal versus relative) of a simple respect for anyone and everyone. I may disagree with someone (like politically) but that person can still be a very close and good friend, but in the case of a close relationship, I know it would never work out. We are all walking our own paths, and I firmly believe that all of those paths will one day reach the same point. We may only on occasion cross paths or even never cross at all, but it is my genuine wish that you are successful in your endeavors. Call me idealistic, but I prefer that to the cynicism that we all feel (myself included) in the day to day hum-drum of life. It is how I continue to simply keep swimming, and hopefully someone to walk that path with me, maybe for only a short while, and just as nice, maybe walk with me for a bit while longer too.

On another strong note, I can be quite the precocious little bastard at times. Quite prone to and having a strong affinity for shenanigans, I think my jovial nature is the reflection of my good heart, or so my mother and grandmother tell me. I can be quite cheeky.

Also recently quit smoking (again) hopefully it'll actually keep up this time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working full time in marketing, in hopes I can at some point go back to school to pursue one of my true passions to earn my Doctorate in Psychology and work for the V.A. My other passion that I can always pursue is writing. I've (so far) co-written nine produced musicals (in high school) and I've written three of my own (have yet to have them produced) and am always jotting down ideas for others. I would love to write a book someday. Oh, acting would be fun too... and in a recent development, I may be doing some voice over work for an independent video game.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Shenanigans, looking perplexed, making others laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my beard.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-that one bracelet I always wear
-Lucky Coin
-Entertainment of some kind [book, movie, video game]
-my liver
-something to occupy me and keeping me from loosing any more of my touch with reality (right now my job)
-my theme song
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things to think about, ways to get out of the trouble I often find meself in, and Shenanigans.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Well seeing as Friday's are my regular day off, it just depends what I'm in the mood for. With friends if they're free or just taking a night in to relax. Whatever happens to be my fancy for they day.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
I'm looking for a woman (not a girl) who is fiercely independent, forward thinking, looking to defy the norm, but isn't a little beyond asking for help when she needs it and looking for someone to balance her out and in-turn complete me as well. A partner in crime. So if you have similar interests to me and you fancy a gent with a beard, if you are a gamer, looking for a drinking buddy, and have a desire to become my best friend, then you may be the gal for me.

If you want to get to know me. Like anyone and everyone, I do so enjoy talking about myself and my interests (hahaha). So shoot me a message.

Also, I need help keeping up with pop-culture. Just keeping up with it mind you, I don't necessarily want anything to do with it myself. I've just been so lost on it and out of touch for the longest time that most things go over my head nowadays. Really anything post-2010, anything before that I have a pretty firm grasp of. I mean, you stop paying attention for a year, or so, and everything just gets so out of control...
