My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Maker of stuff, doer of things, and curator of useless knowledge.

I am a published children's book illustrator (freelance)!

I have never been in a relationship. Up until recently, that was simply because I did not feel ready/did not want to be in one. That time was well spent learning about myself and gaining confidence in my individuality. I am my own person, and you should be too. But I also learned that I am happiest when cultivating relationships with others... so far, those have been friendships. I can only imagine how great it will feel to build an even stronger relationship with someone who could become a lifelong companion!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Attempting to be an adult without acting like one...

Working as an instructor at an art camp for youth...I am currently writing new curriculum for our track out program!

I am also very involved with youth ministry at my church. I teach the middle school class and assist with confirmation and youth group activities.

I secretly dream of singing in a folk/bluegrass group....
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, making paper cranes, obscure movie quotes, Disney trivia, singing in the shower... you know, the important things in life.

I have been referred to as a 'Renaissance woman'.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height, maybe? I'm taller than average, I guess. I've never asked anyone...

Books: Jurassic Park, The Lost World, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, LOTR, The Hobbit, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Where the Sidewalk Ends, The Wump World, Purple Green and Yellow.

Movies: The Shawshank Redemption, Jurassic Park, The Lost World, Indiana Jones (original trilogy), Garden State, all things Muppet... I'm a little obsessed with animated films, especially Disney and/or Pixar.

Shows: Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Drunk Kitchen (youtube, but it counts), NFL football (not really a "show", but GO PANTHERS!!)...

Music: Almost anything! Bluegrass/folk, classic rock, blues, 90s... I am always on the lookout for new music (new to me, that is) The most important considerations that must be made when it comes to music are what you will listen to while cooking, driving, or showering.

Food: I like trying new things! I have a huge sweet tooth... also, I would consider craft beer a hobby of mine.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
All the things I think about, the fact that I'm thinking about what I'm thinking about, and how I shouldn't think too much.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out/having a few beers with friends, or watching a movie at home.

You can rock a pair of khaki shorts like Robert Muldoon...

You'd sit on a porch and watch thunderstorms with me.

Your extrovert-ness can balance out my introvert-ness.

Your faith is important to you.
