My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Let me tell you about your hot date with me: First I'll come pick you up with my Vespa and we can ride double to McDonald's where you can pick out anything you want from their outstanding dollar menu! Hey, nothing but the best for my girl! Or we can stay in and I'll have mom bring some meatloaf down to the basement for us. We can watch all of my old Star Trek movies. You can watch my work my plastic nunchucks or my Bo staff!

I'm a pretty easy-going guy, I enjoy the outdoors, 4wheeling, camping, fishing, etc. but also fine dining, or trying out a new restaurant in town. I am a decent cook, play a little guitar (rusty). I have a good sense of humor, and can see humor in almost every situation. Being a happy person means you are happy being alone and don't need someone to make you feel that way, rather someone to share that happiness with. It's important to enjoy little moments, a sunrise or set, a bite of excellent food, a kiss or a smile from a stranger. Family means everything and we are all close and cherish each other. I am a country boy, always have been, I would prefer to live in a teepee over a downtown loft (ok, maybe) I do enjoy the proximity to restaurants and other services offered in the city, just like the peacefulness of the country. I am a green thumb and my place looks like a jungle. I have plants that are around 30 years old. I love to explore and travel, I just don't have the dough yet for all of my plans. I have always been an artist, happy to say I sold five paintings last year! Hopefully I can sell more this year! If you are happy, energetic, kind, a little raunchy, and laid-back, then I am definitely your man! *Update: Why does dating seem like a job interview? isn't it supposed to be fun? If I'm not your idea of a good match, no hard feelings if you say so! I know I can be goofy sometimes. This stuff does not have to be so difficult right? ~Allen

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well, here's the part where you start to sound even cornier than you did up above! Making Mexican and Italian food (not mixed together, but that would be interesting!)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm easy to talk with, and have a good smile (I sound like a game show host yet?)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Easy, "Pet Sematary", "The Bachman books", and "The Stand" by Stephen King, also "Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell, and "Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance" by Robert M. Persig. Movies? got to hand it to "Forest Gump", "SeaBiscuit" (took me a couple tries to spell "Bisquit" right and still got it wrong! had someone tell me much to my chagrin) Food? anything Mexican or Italian, but love all kinds and trying different things.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee, paint, beer, football, the sofa, the topless bar (just kidding! about everything except coffee and beer)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
"What the hell was I just thinking about? Oh can I turn an engine hoist into a workable prototype to move rolls of laminate
On a typical Friday night I am

Sitting on my porch listening to the river, jumping in the river, having a cold brew.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am my own worst critic, and have to learn to give myself a break.
