My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a good guy with no game. I moved to Florida about 10 years ago and have worked from home the whole time. I had a serious girlfriend about 4.5 of those years so long story short, I haven't really been out there. I'm at the gym every day and have heard people meet there, but I'm there to sweat and work out, not socialize. I'm not really into games or small talk, so when I do get a chance to interact with the fairer sex...I tend not to make a lot of progress. So...online dating...that fits, I'm kind of nerdy.

I am fun, easy going, and curious
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a dynamic process of being...I like to go on adventures, learn new stuff, and goof off. Being a Dad has been a lot more rewarding and cool than I ever thought it would be. And I guess I work sometimes, but I'm pretty sure my hobby and my vocation are opposite of what they should be.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
whistling the beginning of Guns-n-Roses' Patience.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
freedom
spending time with my daughter
love
Friday nights
sleeping in
meditation
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
That whole spiritual being living a human existence thing. Clearly, there's some seriousness in that but I also like to think of it as the grown-up equivalent of my little kid fantasy of being a super hero. In a lot of my dreams, I have super powers.

I also like to daydream about stuff. One that's been popping up lately is living in a modernized castle. You know...like an actual castle from the middle ages or whatever that gets taken apart (and shipped to the US) then put back together somewhere with a lot of land (and not super cold or super far from a real life city) - but enough land that dirt roads, barns, ponds, a greenhouse and secret underground passages would be on the property.

My awesome modernized castle lair would have all the old-school stone walls, fancy tapestries, intricate gargoyle statues plus secret doors, halls and rooms. But it'd also have centralized a.c., plumbing, cable/internet and other modern technology niceties like flatscreen tv's, super gigantic couch and bed, and a game room with a kegerator.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Ideal Date: Dinner, walk on the beach, snuggle by the fire...just kidding...I don't know, something where it's not too awkward and forced but could get to know each other a little and most importantly laugh and have fun. I'd love to take a date to see Jerry Seinfeld live. I've seen him several times and it's all kinds of fun!

Typical Friday: Wild and crazy: hookers, booz, drugs, and rock-n-roll. I like to grow my beard out through the week then shave it to a mustache on Fridays and put on 1980s style Rayban sunglasses then uncomfortably stare at women at various nightclubs while secretly snapping photos of them in suggestive poses. If I happen upon a willing female, I'll take her home and play xbox 360 all night in a furries costume and heals. Well, of course I'm joking. My typical Friday is about the exact opposite of that, although maybe I should implement the mustache and 80s sunglasses, hmmmm.

Actual Friday: Lately...totally boring and I'd like for it to change. Look under the "You should message me if" section and we can meet up and not be bored.

I have a thing for women that smoke. I think it can be sexy.

You are an intelligent woman with a good sense of humor who finds me attractive/interesting or strange/goofy. I've noticed I tend to work better with women who take the first step/initiative.

I know this is not the typical. It seems that men are expected to be the 100% all-the-time pursuers or something. I'm willing to pursue but would prefer a better balance.

I tend to be attracted to women who are nothing like me...opposites attract works in my neck of the woods. I'm sort of a reserved, computer nerd/gym person who tends to get quiet in big crowds. I'm attracted to outgoing women that always have stuff going on.

If you're an outgoing woman (or as my retired Boston friend would say, a broad who knows how to have fun) who has grown up a little and is sick of the player dudes...we should hang out cause cheesy I'm like the ying to your yang.cheesy

Thinking about this question made Carrie Heffernan (from the tv show, King of Queens) pop into my head. She's funny, smart, attractive, assertive and a little sassy....all good in my book.
