Now: I manage an awesome restaurant in South Minneapolis. I love coffee, beer, and wine - I believe all are experiences to share. I live in Uptown Minneapolis by the Wedge Co-op (I love walking there, fresh is always the best).
My life in Keene, NH (age 2-28): I was a barista at an indie coffeehouse on Main Street (Random Fact: Widest Main Street in the US). I made coffee and espresso, muffins and scones, cookies and desserts -- yes, I have "baking skills" :) and drank lots and lots of coffee. Seeing the same faces day-to-day, it's a place where everyone knows everyone. I was a Dance Caller, calling for contra dances, traveling from coast to coast, being on stage night after night, sharing my passion for 6 years -- it was fun. A little of my past..
I love running and running shoes, both are a part of my day-to-day life. I have run a couple half marathons, a full marathon, and am always looking for another race. I love golfing - started playing after 10 years - memories of my father. I love living in Minneapolis though my roots are in the East Coast. It's been an interesting transition day-to-day, but it feels like home now.
I'm kind of crazy, kind of eccentric, but doing my best at being genuine.
