Yo OKC'ers!
While I am an extremely outgoing girl, I have no idea how to
approach cute and successful boys in real life so here I am.
And I will admit: I want a boyfriend. There, I said it. Now that
I've laid all of my cards out on the table, so to speak, I can
begin my self-summary from an honest place.
I'm a 25 year old Filipino American, U.C. Berkeley graduate with a
BA in Social Welfare with a
Psychology concentration. I am very
passionate about issues of
social justice (i.e.,
homelessness, sexual assault, child abuse, and access to quality
mental health services). I have a heart of gold. Or, so I'm told. .
.
I have a quirky enthusiasm for
SHOES. So much so, I quit my job at a
non-profit organization to pursue a career in
Fashion
Merchandising. I quit for other valid reasons which I can get
into later. For the holiday season, I'm going to be working in the
shoe department of a major department store while I explore my
career options.
I heart going to see live music, thrift store shopping, cafe
hopping, and other things associated with hipsterdom.
I pride myself on being extremely honest with my feelings, the
amount of compassion I can have for others, and how motivated I
am.
So make like a book and check me out: jenverzosa dot com.
I have worked/volunteered as a Counselor in some capacity or
another for different agencies throughout the Bay Area since i was
19 years old I am going to submit my letter of resignation at the
non-profit organization I work for as a Residential Counselor. In
addition to saving the world, I interned at a local indie record
label. I also have an interest in pursuing music journalism - not
as a full time thing, just something to supplement my income.
Currently, I'm pursuing a career in Fashion Merchandising.

anytime.

- losing my train of thought.
- buying cute vintage shoes I'll never wear.
- locating festive sweaters from the '80s with heart motifs.
- Listening
