My Self-Summary
I'm a 27 year old guy who likes to just chill out most of the time
but am driven when I need to accomplish something. I would describe
myself as an empathetic person who is vegan, straight-edge, and an environmentalist.
I like to ride my bike, walk in the woods, go kyaking on local rivers, and learn new things. I play
guitar and like to
listen to rock/punk/political music most of the time. Sometimes I enjoy
pure silence though. If I'm studying I might put on classical or
piano music so I'm not too distracted by lyrics. I seem to need to
get out into nature
at least once a week to recharge.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm going back to school to be a registered nurse. I'm about to
start the nursing program full-time at the end of August. I got a
degree in Sociology and minors in Environmental
Studies and Women's Studies from UF, but right now I work at the
county library.
When I have time I'm working on fixing things on my house and
trying to keep up with the yard. There are still many places in
this world I would love to visit and hope to do so later on.
