I am passionate about life and sometimes can get overexcited about all of possibilities for adventure. I enjoy sucking up information, whether something silly like, "Do Fish Drink Water? (yes), or "Why do they drive on the left side of the road in England?" (it's complicated). If I had one superpower it would be remembering everything I ever read.

I am anxious to better understand politics, the stock market, and html. I would actually love to understand all things technological, but alas, there is only so much time in my day, so I have to settle for hanging out with as many geeks as possible.

My friend just pointed out a few days ago that fawkes sounds like "fox." Now I am totally embarrassed by my screen name, since I meant it as a reference to Harry Potter and a play off my last name. Good idea in theory. Oh well.
