There's a lot I'd like to share about myself, but there's something to be said for learning about the nuances and idiosyncrasies about a person as you're getting to know them... this online format can be tricky for me to navigate since I'm more of a "feel the vibe" kinda gal... tough to do with a Mac... or PC =)

Since I trust the judgment of my friends, I'll share what they've said about me: artist, dog lover, dance lover, music lover, paradoxical, hearts Halloween, unapologetic, naughty, chameleon, great cook, stubborn, O.A. Right now I'm working as a bilingual school-based psychotherapist for underprivileged children and their families... it's hard, but rewarding work. The best part: everyday I get tons of hugs from adorable elementary school-aged kids; L-O-V-E IT!

I'm currently studying for my board exams, and I hope to have my own practice once I'm licensed and continue my community-based work... I need balance in all things.

As per movies and music, well there are just too many titles and bands/musicians to name... concert promoters and theaters should thank me for my generous contributions! I love anything from chick-flicks, to indie films, docs, mafioso flicks (fogetaboutit!) and I'm a sucker for old horror movies.

I love all types of food. Top 3: Sushi, Italian, Indian. It saddens me when I come across someone who refuses to try something new, especially when they've never tried it. Food is such a reflection of culture and tradition, and I love discovering new tastes and flavors that excite my taste buds!

Geez, I dunno... my friends, music, my Mac, my phone, dogs, and ART!

How to get the most out of life. I try to not sweat the small stuff: yell, scream, cry, do what you gotta do and move on... live life to the fullest because you never really know how much time we've got left on this great planet of ours.

Out with friends, having dinner/cocktails, hanging out and contemplating whether to go dancing or hit up the karaoke bar ;)

I'm looking for someone who knows what he wants, and isn't afraid to be open and honest about it. Someone understanding, compassionate, and grounded, but who can be spontaneous and a little crazy from time to time too!
