My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My philosophy on life is to put the important things first, such as family, friends and people. At the same time I have a great deal of interest in current events in the world. In addition I am well traveled, having visited some fifteen plus countries in Middle East, Europe and Asia. Also I am well versed in a number of subjects, enjoy literature and going to plays. Training for competitions, such as Triathlons, is also another major part of my life. All above is me, but at my core I am single family father raising my two lovely little daughters. So if any of the above strikes a chord with you, please feel free to send me an email.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My two little girls live with me most of time, so that means a major part of my life is spent being dad. When I am not being dad, I compete in olympic triathlons and train year round.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
First I'm a really good father, or a least that is what my friends tell me. My girls are very bubbly and happy little ladies, smiling all the time. Also I have been told I am a great conversationalist and socializer. The rest your suppose to find out through dating, beside if you ask a room full of family and friends you would get a lot of different answers.

Movies, i love them, even the bad ones! Just right off the top of my head I enjoyed the ones below.
"Social Network" it was a really good movie, "Lord of the Rings" "Saving Private Ryan" "Schindler's List"
Chinese, German, Italian, you name it I'll eat it, except Sushi and Ethiopian. I don't like the tast of raw food and Ethiopian food always looks like someone pureed it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My children
2. My family, Mother, Sister, Brothers
3. My Friends
4. My five fingers running shoes and swimming goggles
5. My books
6. My left hand-I write and draw with this hand.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Fun things to do with my small amount of free time. Setting up my training schedule for the next year. Also the geo political and global economic ramifications of light crude price volitality in the international markets.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Take the girls out for pizza right after school. Once they are down I will hang out with some friends for beer, then early night home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am not willing to admit to anything private about my self online.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If your easy going, like to laugh and have a good head on your shoulders.

Out of frustration from dating experiences on Okcupid I have decided to make a list of reasons why someone should not contact me. Unfortunately with Internet dating, people have lost the common curiosity and politeness that use to be an integral part of face-to-face dating.

1. If your profile has any factual inaccuracy about yourself, please do not contact me.
2. If you place pictures up that are a decades old, or misrepresent who you are, do not contact me.
3. If we set up a time to meet for coffee, lunch or dinner I do not want your phone number. We simply can meet at a public location through okcupid emails. I do not want to give out my number to anyone until I meet you face to face.
4. Meeting someone face to face is the only way to really know if you might like each other. Lots of emails, texts and even phone calls really are a waste of time. Simply put, if giving you a free cup of coffee, lunch, or dinner can’t get you to sit there talk to me face to face then there is no hope.
5. Far to much emphasis in modern day America is put on the first date. The first date is suppose to be easy going and fun event, its an interview for a possible second date. It’s not an interview for long-term dating, or even marriage, that should naturally come through getting to know each other.
6. I have a very busy schedule working full time and taking care of my girls. When I setup a time to meet someone it means I have to find childcare. Please have the common courtesy to give at least 24 hours notice if you can't make it.
