Even further next up: Connecting entire humanity to an artificial entity of immense intelligence and knowledge (non-sentient slave AI, maybe?), mitigating need to pass information by language, facilitating instant communication, and providing humans with enhanced mental abilities to allow for a previously unthinkable jump in our development as a species.
