My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So here is the deal I am as everyone else is here seeking companions but friendships at this point are more important, anyway the best partners start out as friends and grow from there. I just moved here and finding like minded people is very hard seeing how everyone is hiding behind their phones and laptops.

I am a musician at heart and by hobby who just moved into Philly for the first time. (but not like rock and roll punk music, I really dived into theory and different types of music, I can play samba jazz or ac/dc and everything in between). I am living in a cool trinity in northern liberties, often head to the fire for open Mic, and am the lead guitarist and song writer for my band. I also love to help other musicians out by doing recordings in my spare time for free. To pay the bills, I design and build signs for the advertisement business. The days can be hard work, but making things with my hands is rewarding. I'm looking for someone who is inspired by the little things and intrigued by the big things in life.Someone who enjoys thinking a little different. Someone who has fun just talking and relaxing but also likes to go out and explore the city, have some drinks, and meet up with good friends and family. I have described as subdued awesomeness. If you are interested in meeting up, let me know! also I do a wicked scottish accent(people who know scottish people say the can't tell the difference between me and their friends) as well as hank hill, the clown from "IT", and others. I also have been told I sing well, I find my voice to be a talent of mine that can be entertaining as well as rewarding.

Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
music, imagination, family, friends, camp fires (when possible), my work boots.

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
my weekends are kinda boring not that I want them to be but, my friends are all married, buying houses, having kids, and building their lives and connections with their significant others so I am the lone ranger left out of the group.

If you enjoy this poem I wrote:

the voice of reason all shut out
now all that's left is a dollar amount
where it burns a hole I can feel my knees
can't steal a soul but you can steal a dream
too much emotion not enough logic
too much to lose and not enough in my wallet
with a reason to shine speaking my mind
the voice of reason bleeds out the side
e-mails and text's leave me perplexed
I'm MIA in a world that's a mess
understanding a sound that's as dry as a bone
somehow moss grows thick on a rolling stone
a rock in space, the sun hits your face
an accident or art never know what to say
thinking out loud then talk to yourself
speaking about what's been ignored on the shelf

ps: also if you like scrabble
