My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't believe in the whole 'modesty on a profile page' thing. You know how you feel about yourself so express it! I am a very outgoing person. I tend to make friends easily, probably because people see me as very easy going and an open individual. I'm usually the friend that people do not hesitate to confide in.

The Internet seems to have a love affair with the word adventure, but I'm not so sure if that describes me. Yes, I love to do new things, but I'm not about to climb mount Everest. Really, I like to find the adventure in small things. I like to find new routes to old places, try out different bars, day trip to a town I've never been to. The weirder and more creative activity the better. Let me reiterate: the weirder and more creative activity the better!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just finished my undergrad and am working full time as a campaign director against hydrofracking. It's long work but definitely rewarding.

Besides work, I do art, read, watch movies, conversate, cook, go to shows, listen to music. I don't like to waste my time laying around.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
laughing, putting things in perspective, problem solving. But really- I am a very good problem solver and enjoy sharing that talent with people.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told that people notice my smile and friendly personality.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

1984, the kite runner, the handmaid's tale, really anything in the dystopian way...

I'm not gonna bother saying things like catcher and the rye and on the road, one flew over the cuckoos nest.. If you don't like those books then I don't understand. And if you haven't read them then you probably lived under a rock when you were 16. But no judgements on your living arrangements.

Movies? Oldboy, secret garden, the wackness, lots of movies...I don't feel like answering this.

Tv shows? arrested development, house of cards, it's always sunny, the wire, and portlandia

Music: I listen to a lot of different music. Lately it's been Talking Heads, Tune-Yards, Sea Wolf, Beastie Boys, Yo La Tengo, Modest Mouse, Manu Chao, Elton John, Gorillaz, Metronomy, Old Crow Medicine Show, Bobby-D!, Aesop Rock.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, Summertime!, humor, music, driving (I love to do this, but I feel like a bad environmentalist too :/ )
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how to corner politicians to do my bidding...who is going to break into restricted places with me just to see what's there.

When did my life start choosing for me?

Why can't I see more colors?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Off with friends, but may very possibly be enjoying alone time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm obsessed with what people are willing to barter on craigslist

You have something more to say then "hey how are you?" No. I'm serious. Don't tell me that.

Please please please message me if you wish your clothes always smelled like campfire, know of any great hiking spots in Syracuse-Ithaca area, and are angered by the racism that still exists in this country.
