My self-summary
Slightly geeky, slightly weird, mostly average.
What I’m doing with my life
Working very slowly on finding my own place. Living with friends is fun but not something I want to be doing at fifty.

It's slow because of all the distractions that get in the way. Like enjoying myself.
I’m really good at
Remembering unimportant trivia.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I read a lot. Day to day it's usually just internet stuff or getting lost in wikipedia for hours (see "slightly geeky" above) but when it comes to actual books it's usually fantasy/sci-fi. Robin Hobb is my favourite author and I'm always on the look out for new stuff.

I like, or will watch even if I'm not that bothered, a lot of tv shows and films. It's hard to say favourites because it quickly devolves into a long boring list so I'll just say that the greatest movie of all time is Pulp Fiction and leave it at that.

Musically I'm quite diverse in that there's one or two songs I like from lots and lots of different artists/genres but my main interest lies in the Classic Rock area. Right now I'm quite into stuff like Kansas, Toto, Styx, Chicago and ELO.
The six things I could never do without
I'm sure I could find a way to cope but I'd be extremely bored without the internet, beer and a steady paycheck.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Anything and everything. My brain works overtime so I've got lots of thoughts and a healthy imagination.
On a typical Friday night I am
Gaming, drinking with friends or watching tv/films. Sometimes all at once!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoyed the first season of Glee.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 23–28
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
You have similar interests or a high match percentage, if anyone even looks at those numbers. Are you supposed to? Is that even a good basis for getting in touch with someone regardless of what their profile is like? I don't know but I'm kinda getting off topic.

Message me if you don't think it's weird to contact a complete stranger where all you have to go on is a single page of stuff they've written about themselves.
