My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
While I have been passively on this site for a while, I’m finally ready to actively take this thing seriously. In full disclosure, I have been hesitant about meeting someone this way, but just as so many of you out there have a busy schedule that doesn’t allow for finding a guy in the more traditional ways.

I love my life and am just missing that one last piece of finding love, a companion, and a best friend in my life. I love my job and have a pretty active life outside of work. I am the director of a local cancer charity and spend what little free time I have at the gym and trying to see friends and family as much as possible. I’m also in the process of looking for a condo and can’t believe how much time that can take up! Health and fitness, family and friends, and drive and ambition are things that I cannot live without. There is nothing that I love more than seeing the people that I love laugh…and I like people who make me laugh. I've a very genuine person, so what you see is what you get.

I like to find someone who is laid-back, values honesty, respects their family, has drive, and can make me laugh are things. Someone who loves sports, can balance being serious and having fun, and is secure in their career is essential. While nobody is perfect, I think that there are people who are perfect matches for one another. If you have a similar outlook on life, feel free to drop me a message.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in Higher Education and have a Masters degree in Counseling. I went to JMU undergrad and GW for Grad School and absolutely loved both. I often think about taking a few more classes so that I can work in Guidance Counseling one day, but one thing at a time. I do some graphic design on the side, but have yet to make a name for myself with it. Either way, I enjoy it and think that is what is really important.

- Listening: My Master's degree is in Counseling, so this comes naturally to me...
- Math: I am a numbers geek and love it! Stats, Geometry, and Algebra are my favorite!
- Making coffee: I make a kick a$$ cup of coffee...
