I spend alot of free time on my band project composing and arranging, handling promotion, rehearsals and gigs. I regularly workout at the YMCA and occasionally hike, or go on field trips with groups. I like Cafe Gratitude or the Science Cafe at Coffee Catz. I occasionally attend weekly men's meetings with a non-profit association dedicated to self-education & community service projects. I work as a caregiver and as a substitute teacher/tutor. I am financially stable and own a home in WA that I rent out. I am preparing to do some traveling overseas this year. I volunteer every so often and attend spiritual retreats, self-growth workshops and practice Simran (from a more evolved practice originated from Sikhism). I attend a weekly meditation group periodically. I have many interests including books about self-empowerment.

How the world could be a better when we as a civilization finally overcome our continual focus on the fulfilling of our ego-driven motives by spiritually-evolving beyond the passions for greed, lust, anger(rage), vanity, and attachment and have a world w/o wars, famine, pestilence, racism, or money. Without real thought, we cease to create; and rather just pro-create instead. The world has the combined technology to change the current paradigm to create an advanced metropolis not like what was depicted in the old silent film by the same name. The Venus project offers one possible solution.

I also spend time thinking about travelling abroad. Would like a conscious relationship. Studying Toltec wisdom.

If I'm feeling upto it, I might go out dancing or to an event. Or, I might just go to the gym and go out afterwards for a small meal downtown in Santa Rosa. Then, I will go take care of whatever needs to be done at home. I try to stay busy even when I'm home, like doing internet research.

I think that some women's feet look sexy.
