Let's start with my username. I am not a douche. On one of my friend's birthdays I laughed so hard I fell off a counter, and landed on my balls (ouch! don't ask me how). Somebody said I was some kind of johnster.
Moving on.....

I like flying, but it's just not the same as a road trip. The random stops, and the stuff that wouldn't happen if you were on a plane. Speaking of which, planning on seeing more of Red River Gorge this year. If you have never been, and you live in Kentucky shame on you. It is beautiful, and fun. You really should go.

I own a boxer, she is the greatest dog ever. So much personality, more of a friend than a pet.

My little sister is eight, and she lives my dad and his wife. She is adorable, and I try to have some involvement in her life. Kids say the darndest things, people forget what a little sponge she is right now. I really need to keep that in mind from time to time.

I enjoyed reading The Shack, Conversations with God, I hope they serve beer in hell by Tucker Max and Candy Girl by Diablo Cody. I don't have favorite books. Never would read one more than once.

comedy is the word when it comes to movies. Zombieland was awesome. Love those rowdy bunch of guys that you see in any Apatow film. My cousin says I act like Paul Rudd alot, but what does he know. Horror films are good too, especially cult films. Action films make me sleepy sometimes. lol

As far as music goes there isn't much I don't enjoy. My favorites change all the time. A Perfect Circle, the Beastie Boys, the Beatles, Cage the Elephant, Johnny Cash, Chevelle, the Deftones, Finger Eleven, the Grateful Dead, Gym Class Hero's, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Modest Mouse, NIN, Portishead, Queens of the Stone Age, Damien Rice, Silver Sun Pickups, Tool, etc....too many favorites. Metal, techno, and country are all on a case by case basis.

I like crab cakes, casserole of any sort, italian, mexican, chinese, down home cooking, and sandwich shops.
