um, so i am supposed to sum up who i am in a paragraph? huh. awesome. ok. well, i am a 29 yr old single dad. i am a super laid back, friendly guy. i am usually pretty shy and reserved at first, but once im comfortable with someone, i am funny, sarcastic, adventurous, loyal, sincere, and easy to talk to. (or so i've been told!) i love love love music and art, movies and books. i love talking about tons of different things and i really enjoy hearing other people's thoughts/opinions about everything. i'm super into indie music/films, lowbrow art, good tattoos, vegetarianism, DIY living, zines, traveling, exploring, reading...god, the list goes on and on. if any of this sounds interesting, then i maybe i ll get to hear from you! i dont know what to expect out of this whole thing, but i really hope i meet someone cool who i can talk to and share this stuff with!

the good stuff: being a dad, listening to killer music, going to shows, checking out new art/artists, reading good books, planning a garden for next year, making things, dreaming about whats next...

books: any chuck palahnuik books, recipes for disaster, making stuff and doing things, anarchist/DIY/revolution/activist books.
movies: anything by vincent gallo and quentin tarantino, indie movies, horror, documentaries, basically movies that make you think or feel something.
music: (way too many to mention them all, but heres a few) starflyer 59, mountain goats, the number 12 looks like you, discovery, glas vegas, the heavy, passion pit, jimmy eat world, the gaslight anthem, kings of leon, ratatat, death cab for cutie, bright eyes, MGMT, cobra skulls, tv on the radio, circle takes the square, wild light, i wrestled a bear once.
