I am a physicist accountant and a burner raver. My goal in life is to be better than I was yesterday and to have fun.

After a good deal of work on my part and support from my family; I am a fully independent adult. I have reached a level of contentment that I had not though possible and I plan on enjoying it for some time, preferably with other people.

I care what others think of me. That does not necessarily mean that I view their opinion as relevant.

I am intelligent, arrogant, and amazing.

I am a CPA just out of graduate school working in Raleigh full time and having a blast in my off time.

I have a license to spin fire, in Raleigh NC I have gotten the basics down pat for contact staff and I did my first fire spin on the 4th of may. I have a 4' & a 5' led contact staff to use in clubs. I prefer the longer staff, but I have the shorter one for clubs with low ceilings.

I am always looking for new and interesting ways to be crazy/exceptional. However when I go out my focus is to have fun, even if it means I am not the craziest bastard out there. I spend a lot of time thinking about doing cool shit and then doing said cool shit, time permitting.

My current projects are:

1.) Making my own Phosphorescent Fabric paint for costume making. The ones that you can purchase in the store either don't glow brightly enough, only glow in one color, or aren't fabric paint.

I found a site that has high quality daylight invisible glow in the dark fabric paint. So I do not need to go through the hassle of shipping pigment from mainland China.

2.) Building a device that creates a stable tornado of fire in various colors.

I have built a small scale machine which I have made tornados in yellow, blue, green, and a dull yellow. The machine is fine for personal use but has safety issues and only a 2' tall vortex.

I have almost completed the larger machine. I hope to have a 6' tall 8" wide vortex. This version is much safer because tHe fire source does not spin.

3.) Learning new contact staff maneuvers and figuring out how to dance while spinning without hitting myself or others.

I am good at having fun regardless of the situation. If the DJ is playing music I don't enjoy dancing, then I spend the night learning how to enjoy dancing to it.

Thinking outside the box.

Being direct.

Ignoring shit that doesn't matter.

The fact that I am smiling at them with lights in my hand trying to get them to dance.

The fact that I am emitting an unnatural amount of light.

I like fantasy books. I read as an escape and most other genres don't get my creative juices flowing.

I enjoy movies that make me think and also have explosions.

While I enjoy Sci-Fi like Doctor Who or Star Trek and Fantasy like Game of Thrones or Merlin. Most of the other shows I like are those set in modern times which are slightly off-kilter like Grimm or even Bones.

I enjoy listening to most types of music, except violent rap or twangy county. My specific preferences will change with my mood.

My favorite style of music is electronic dance music (EDM) examples are house, dubstep, drum and bass, etc. Each sub-genre of EDM has its own feel. I like trance because I can move my entire body to it for hours at a time. I like Dubstep because it is fast yet inconsistent making it a challenge to dance to. I like electro-swing because it is slow enough to try new dance moves but fast enough to keep me going.

I like food that is both easy to prepare and healthy. I love Trader Joe's.

Having fun, self improvement, good friends, family, new experiences, free time.

How to have fun, how to improve my self, and whether or not I am following the right path.

Dancing like a mad man while emitting light like a pixie. Passing out lights so others can do the same. Working on other costumes while I catch my breathe.

I over-think things almost to the point of paralysis. In order to me to achieve what I want I shift my personality drastically based upon the situation. My main modes are classroom, office, rave, festival and family. If I am in a situation outside of those five I become very subdued.

There are two kinds of people in this world, not really but bear with me here, people that are impressed by seeing something exceptional and those that are inspired by seeing something exceptional. Message me if you know which one you are.
