My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If you're tired of guys whose sense of adventure consists of ripping the tags off their mattresses and whose definition of an exotic travel destination is Fresno, you can stop looking. I spend a lot of my time kiteboarding and traveling around the world, and I've come to appreciate the variety those adventures have added to my life, including some great British rock music on my iPhone and some Cote d'Or chocolate in my kitchen. You'll also find everything from a tux to a wetsuit in my closet.

However, not everything has to be a grand adventure. For example, I'm an amazing singer. In the shower. At the top of my lungs.

I've been very fortunate and able to do some really great things at the intersection of art and technology (e.g., I worked at Pixar for 10 years and Lytro for 1 making cameras), making some really amazing friends along the way. But I'm still looking for a travel partner for all the adventures yet to come (bonus points for petite gals so that I can have a little more space when we sit together on a puddle jumper. Just kidding! Maybe.).

Can you tell I'm an ENTJ yet?

By the way--that other guy who IMed you? He's a klutz, and I saw him on America's Most Wanted.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Carpe diem! I'm the CEO of a startup feature film studio.

Beyond work, I try to make the most from every day, even if it's just finding a way to brighten someone else's day. I also workout most days of the week so that I can be great at opening jars.

Recently, I doubled in a short film for a guy who doubles for Tom Cruise. I promise I'm not crazy and don't jump on couches on national TV. Instead, I lean seductively on them.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Working with cameras and opening jars.

My stunningly-good looks. Immediately followed by my dry sense of humor.

Books: I read a ton and mainly care about a good story (this is true for all mediums). I tend to prefer fiction, but non-fiction done well (and not just a dry set of facts) will hold my attention. I like everything from John Irving (not his recent stuff) to George Martin (although I do have trouble keeping some of the characters straight after 5 books--the TV show did make it easier to tell Tywin from Tyrion).

Movies: Moonrise Kingdom, Being Elmo, Toy Story 3, Inglorious Basterds, Ratatouille, Up, Mary and Max, City of God, Gattaca, Ghostbusters, and random other dramas and comedies. I love cinema.

Music: The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, upbeat alt rock (think Fun. and Capital Cities), Beatles, Mamas and the Papas, etc.. And don't think I'm forgetting Bach, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, and friends.

Food: Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, and Indian are all towards the top.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the universe, and everything. And how San Francisco has too much of the Peter Pan syndrome going on.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
"[doing] the same thing we do every night, Pinky—[trying] to take over the world!"
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I have a giant Emile plush toy (the fat rat from Ratatouille) on my couch. I bought him because he was the most on-model toy from the movie. He used to be in my office at work and people would come in to just give him a hug and say "hi." He's also wearing a party hat.
