My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello, I'm just your not-so-average regular South Dakotan guy. I can be quiet and reserved, especially in group settings, but am learning to come out of my shell. I seem to open up more once I am more comfortable around a person. I try to be as genuine as I can with everyone. I have kind of a sarcastic and dry sense of humor. I've never been much of a bar person on account of not being super social, but I am learning to become more social. Still I'm not much of a bar person. I'm fairly family oriented since I've found myself spending more time with my family than with friends.

Karate (not Tae Kwon Do (and yes there is a difference)) is a big part of me, since I have trained since I was nine years old. I enjoy teaching whenever I get the chance because I like to encourage people and I like to see people grow. Plus, when I teach I also learn.

I like doing things outside when the weather is right. I love learning about the world that we are a part of (seen and unseen). I've been going through a spiritual shift in the past couple of years, so I feel like I'm constantly growing. Even though much of it is painful, it's totally worth it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work full time at my main job and for now work a few hours a week at my part time job.

This is my fourth year planting and maintaining a vegetable garden. It takes work and time but it's rewarding. Last fall I tried my hand at canning and successfully canned a bunch of pickled beets.

I don't watch TV at home and I don't miss it either. I've spent too many hours in the past wasting time away staring at a TV and feeling like nothing was accomplished. I'll watch movies or stuff on Youtube though, and yes there is a difference lol. Maybe someday I'll get on the Netflix Wagon. It's kind of weird because I'm not up on all the new shows out and movies coming out anymore like everyone else is. Some people ask me what I do with my time if I can't watch TV but what I don't get is how people find all this time to watch TV.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh I guess. Listening to peoples' problems; a lot of times people are just looking for understanding instead of advice.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told that I have nice eyes. I've also picked up from others that I have a good heart.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I like lots of different foods; Mexican, Chinese, American, Philippino, USAian, and Hu Hot (as if Hu Hot was it's own type food lol). I'm usually willing to try everything at least once as long as it won't kill me (I do have some food allergies.)

In the past, I've gotten into quite a variety of music. Some of it includes Korn, Queen, System of a Down, Powerman 5000, Relient K, MC Chris, Weezer, The Smashing Pumpkins, Rush, Beck, Sublime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and even some classical. Lately I've been on a growth path with God and for the most part, Christian music is all that I'm drawn to.

Movies I like are, Lord of the Rings/Hobbit, Super Troopers, Strange Brew, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Office Space, The Matrix, Donnie Darko, Waiting, Slammin' Salmon, and some educational type stuff.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Warm Clothes (I live in South Dakota lol.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My personal growth.
Future hopes.
God and what He wants to do for other people. So many people have wrong beliefs about God and are then pushed away from Him. The more truth I learn about Him, the more I am drawn to Him. Christians have kind of a bad reputation for being judgmental and not exactly brimming with love, so I think lots of people are turned away from God by His representatives. BUT, I have pretty high hopes that this will change for the better.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Taking it easy, doing stuff with the garden, doing stuff around the house or sometimes hanging out with friends.
