My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been living in Boston for about a year and a half, from Virginia via Helsinki. I love to travel, to explore a foreign city or a new corner restaurant a block away. I've lost count on the number of places but Italy and the Virginia are still my favorites, as both feel like home. I like to run, bike, get outside when possible and practice yoga.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
My background is in sciences/biomed and now am in marketing for a healthcare company. It's been a series of very natural transitions that always felt right at the time. I get to work with brilliant people and together chart a course to solve meaningful (to me) problems and I love it....the drawback is that sometimes the travel can be a bit much....
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books and movies - lots
Music - I like most mainstream, jazz and poetic lyrics (Iron and Wine), but have been known to jam out with my five year old niece and nephew to Happy and the Lego movie song. A few that come to mind are Billy Holiday, Miles Davis and Ella Fitzgerald, Amos Lee, Neko Case, Gillian Welsh, Emmylou, Hem, Arcade Fire, Avett Brothers, jimmy eat world, Pink, Postal Service, Dashboard Confessional, Old 97s, Wilco, Norah jones...
And live music, especially on a summers night outside.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Connection
Passport
Music
Family
Flow (running/yoga)
Salty sea air
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

you have many memories of laughing till you cried and you definitely want more of that in your life
you can act like a big kid, but can switch gears for a polished dinner party in a moments notice
you have bright eyes, a curious mind and an open heart
you feel that life's about the journey -- even if you're in your own backyard.
