My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Enriching my life and improving my overall wellness - physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally - is very important to me and I'm looking for somebody with a similar desire to live a full, healthy, happy life.

I enjoy lifting and moving heavy things, running, biking, swimming, hiking, and camping. I love the outdoors and try to stay moving as much as possible. About once a week, though, I really love to just kick it and relax by the pool or catch something good on Netflix.

I prefer small-group, low-key settings where people can interact and have quality conversation rather than going out to bars, clubs, etc. That said, I can get down with night out every once in a while. A good dinner, followed by drinks and maybe some music and dancing is tough to beat.

I try to follow of Jesus Christ's example and teachings, but am constantly exploring new and alternate ideas. I expect my beliefs to continue to evolve and grow for the rest of my life.

Although I have my faults, I consider myself to be a hard working, outgoing, relaxed, genuine guy. I am always learning and always trying to be a better man.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently a full-time engineer but am transitioning in a few weeks to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching full-time. A bit nervous but plan to rise to the challenge.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Hmmmmm... this is a toughie. I like to think I'm good at creating a comfortable, enjoyable environment for those around me.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - The Fountainhead, Love Wins, The Brothers Karamazov, The Godfather, The Lord of The Rings trilogy (The Two Towers is fantastic). I love to read about a wide variety of topics - fiction, religion, social issues, various scientific fields - pretty much anything and everything.
Movies - The Dark Knight, Kindergarten Cop, Jerry MaGuire, Meet Joe Black, Star Wars (yes, all six), Forgetting Sarah Marshall (never gets old - ever).
Shows - Arrested Development, The Office, Dexter, The League, Scrubs, Weeds, Sons of Anarchy.
Music - Ben Harper, Wiz Khalifa, Sublime, Rick Ross, The Doobie Brothers, John Butler Trio, Wale, Rush, Billy Joel, Rage Against the Machine, Talib Kweli.
Food - Vegetables (LOVE steamed greens), animals (all kinds), and some fruit/nuts (avocado, almonds, and macadamia nuts are the bomb).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family
Friends
Faith
Green tea
Fresh air
A huge glass of water in the morning
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My next life adventure.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
My Friday nights are typically very laid back - just kicking it on the home front or grabbing dinner. Saturday afternoons/evenings I usually try to get into something fun - pretty much anything which involves enjoying the company of others.

Typically my weekends are spent traveling, spending time with friends (pretty standard answer, I know), and resting up from my weeks.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
