My self-summary
I moved to the D.C. area for a position with the USDA Foreign Agriculture Service last June and I finally feel like I am becoming comfortable with the city/ surrounding area. I'm working on international agricultural development projects (along with 60% of the rest of the metro area as I am coming to find out). I am originally from Pittsburgh but I consider Gettysburg my second home.

I think my friends would say I'm a pretty easy going/ fun dude. I try not to take myself too seriously..... maybe not seriously enough at times.
What I’m doing with my life
Working for the USDA during the week and peddling fruit on the weekend at your local farmers markets.
I’m really good at
coming up with weird catch phrases and nicknames

telling you what kind of apple you are eating
The first things people usually notice about me
my smile or my outspoken personality

Also, I tend to weary emotions on my sleeve.

Food: I will eat almost anything but I have a special place in my heart for fresh fruit from Adams County, PA.
The six things I could never do without
Gettysburg, PA (not for historical reasons though)
Honeycrisp apples
that's only 4 things
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend too much time thinking about everything but mostly what direction my life will end up taking ( family, career, location, etc...).
It's best just to let things play out.

Also, recently, I have been hearing the sound of the Metro train arriving in my head when I'm lying in bed at night
On a typical Friday night I am
It's whatever, dude
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I often look at my phone to check the time and immediately forget what time it is.
