My self-summary
Hello there reader, my name is Justin, but most people I know call me "Rio", so that's fine too. I have been out of the long-term relationship game for a while, and honestly, it has been extremely beneficial to me. The time "alone" I guess you could say has given me quite the opportunity to reflect on who I really am, and what it is that I would want out of a REAL relationship. It has helped me reflect on all of the mistakes that I have made in the past, and has given me a better idea as to how I should address certain situations. I, at heart, am a guy that loves to have fun, make you laugh, and be your best friend. (I know, that sounds totally cliche, but that is the honest to God truth.) I have also been told I am someone that you could truly feel comfortable confiding in. I am not one to judge somebody by who they are, and what they believe in, or how they may appear. Now, that doesn't mean I would go for just anybody, because they are nice, or whatever reason. As I have stated before, I have an idea of what I want in a relationship now. You have needs and I have needs, and a certain criteria must be filled now. I am always up for new friends, so don't shy away from the idea of still wanting to get know me. Just know that there is the strong potential that I won't just fall back in love so easily, or go for the very next girl to bat here eyelashes at me. Now I can be a romantic, but let's be realistic here, I am in no way, shape, or definitely form, some vampire named Edward, or some werewolf named Jake from Twilight. Hell, I'm probably nowhere near even being one of the dudes from those Nicholas Sparks books that girls are so into. I kind of feel those books can sometimes paint a picture that can be too overly theatrical when it comes to what the "perfect guy" should be. Newsflash: Nobody is perfect, and I most certainly do not claim to be. Now, am I a nice and sweet caring guy? ABSOLUTELY. Am I funny? I can be, but that all depends on if you can relate to my sense of humor, and have a good one yourself.I will say that is also EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, and I feel is vital in getting my attention, and I find it very attractive. Am I the type of guy that will always be there for you, no matter what? Most definitely! I am really looking at things with a major upside now, and I think you should too. So if any of things I have mentioned in my profile grabbed your attention, and really interests you, than the rest is up to you. I look forward to hearing from you. Whoever you may be. :)
What I’m doing with my life
I am working a full-time job at the moment, with intentions of going back to school to pursue a degree in culinary arts.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh would be first and foremost. Cheering people up. Being a good friend.
The first things people usually notice about me
People generally notice how funny and witty I can be. I like to bring smiles to the faces of people I meet. I have a very outgoing personality.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Too many to choose from and name. I absolutley love many different kinds of movies, music and books. Just ask me, since it would make for a great way to start off a conversation.
The six things I could never do without
1.A job.
2.My car. (Although has taken some unfortunate cosmetic damage recently, due to the clumsiness of fellow Michigan drivers. It has been quite reliable mechanically, knock on wood.)
3.Sleep/shower (I know, I am cheating with a /.)
4.Clothing. Kind of necessary, don't you think? This is 2014 after all.
5.My glasses. Unfortunately, I am blind as a bat without them.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I often think about a happier time in my life when I was in love, and how I miss that feeling of being in love. What might have went wrong, and what I can do to prevent it from potentially happening again. I also think of when the moment shall come when I finally recapture that feeling of love.
On a typical Friday night I am
Lately I have been working, but when I am not, I'm out having a good time with friends. I am always looking to have fun and live my life to the fullest when the chance is available. I try to be a seize the moment type of person since my last relationship ended. I have done, and can still do some pretty random and crazy funny things (which by the way you should definitely ask about, because it will make for interesting conversation, lol.) I pride myself on being original. Don't worry though, I can also be a homebody at certain times too, when I just want to unwind and relax.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I see couples that are really truly in love, I kind of envy them, and wish I was back in that same situation.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 18–25
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
It is honestly your call. I am confident in the fact that I know I am a good guy, and I would treat a girl with the amount of affection and respect that she deserves. Honestly if you don't take the chance to really try and get to know me, then it is truly YOUR loss, simple as that. I know how attentive and dedicated I can be when I am in a relationship that I truly want to be in. And don't worry, if I am not feeling it, and don't think it would work out, I would let you know, before ever breaking your heart.
