My Self-Summary
Hi! I recently graduated from Columbia and now I'm at NYU getting
my Master's in Social Work. I spent most of my college years
studying languages, so social work is a new direction for me. I
enjoy long walks on the beach (just kidding -- doesn't every
profile start that way? but seriously, I do...). Some people like
my sense of humor. Some people find me just a tad snarky. I'm a
nice Jewish boy you can bring home to Mom and Dad -- I'll behave, I
promise.
What I’m doing with my life
I am working toward's my master's degree in clinical social
work. For my field practicum I work with clients who have
severe mental illness. Eventually, I would like to get a PhD in
social welfare and become a professor with really thick glasses.
The six things I could never do without
My glasses (I'm practical); the internet (it's for porn --
hopefully you got the Avenue Q reference); peanut butter (but
if you're deathly allergic, I'll find a way to do without it);
books (the Kindle won't replace them); semicolons; (parentheses)
