I see my self as quite the adventurous individual who loves to be outside or trying something new. Summer is my favorite season and often can be found whitewater kayaking and riding my mountain bike. In the winter I ski and play hockey. I was born and raised in Colorado but went to school in Vermont and recently lived in North Carolina. I spent a summer living out of a 1984 Winnebago at some guys ranch raft guiding for a season in southern Colorado. While I have explored a good portion of the Northeast as well as driven across the country a couple times I see a lot of traveling in my future.
What am I doing with my life? I graduated with a degree in Applied physics a couple years ago after studying engineering and chemistry for a while. I have worked in several labs over the past years as a research associate which I currently hold a position in lab in the school of Biomedical Engineering at CSU but will be starting a master degree in the fall for biomedical engineering with the long term to work as an R and D engineering for a medical device company.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors, can deal with somewhat of a science nerd who also happens do be a adrenaline junky but more importantly is willing to teach and learn new things while enjoying the company of (in my opinion) a really great guy.
