My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I would typically describe myself as a little weird. Friends and family typically chime in to correct me that I'm not really weird, but rather...quirky (or some other word for weird that is perceived to be less detrimental than weird). I'm a bit of a nerd. Love me some bar trivia. It used to be a regular part of my week but then the rally person who peer pressured people into midweek drinking moved to California and our music expert moved to Israel, it hasn't been the same since. In fact it is dissimilar in the sense that it stopped happening entirely.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Government office dronery.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Identifying voice actors.
The first things people usually notice about me

Nothing. You will notice absolutely nothing out of the ordinary until it is too late...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I loved the "Hitchhiker's" Series, also memoirs written by comedians (Steven Colbert's I Am America and So Can You, Tina Fey's Bossypants...etc). I also trend toward non-fiction books.
Movies: Name a movie that everyone and their mom saw. I did not. Not a big movie goer.
Shows: Predominantly Animation...because I just can't enjoy TV if a person over in Korea didn't get a cramp in their hand making it. And for other actual reasons...Family Guy is enjoyable though at times extremely mediocre. Absolutely in love with Futurama. I also enjoy 30 Rock, Community, and Archer.
Food: Fairly plain taste in food, if it's easy to make and doesn't make a huge mess in the kitchen...I'm all over that. I might be more adventurous if I didn't have to make it or clean up because of it. If I don't have to make it or clean up after it, Mexican food with a Margarita or two.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Food and Water, Shelter, Various Utilities, Computer with Internet Access, System of government and enabling institutions which accommodate access to prior items.

And to answer the question in a less literal fashion to just be a list of things I really like:
My parakeet
Phone (How did we live without the answer to every stupid question in our pocket??)
Air conditioning
Immediate family (The rest of em can fuck off)
Showers
Sleeping
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Occasionally hit up Bear Happy Hour. Like to spend time with friends. Other times a quiet night at home is nice.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

My first crush was Dr. Grant from "Jurassic Park". I was 6 at the time and a man who spent all his time thinking about dinosaurs was a fine catch. Not to mention he has a proven track record of fending off raptor attacks. To this day, "Has a Raptor Attack Contingency Plan" greatly increases your chances with me. Though if your plan is to trip me so you can escape while I get eaten by raptors...I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to. I'll probably regret putting this out there about myself...one of my greatest weaknesses is my tendency to over think coupled with my short attention span on the internet.

I'm sure I have a "replies selectively", really that should read...JT found someone who was wrong on the internet and incorrectly thought he could remedy profound willful ignorance x number of times. He forgot he was doing something else in another tab when he closed the browser.
