Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If you want to meet someone who knows how to laugh and how to have
a good time, I am your guy. I'm very sociable and love to get to
know new people.
Whether it's my mad rap skills at karaoke night, or the random
knowledge I provide at bar trivia (I generally clean up on the
sports and geography categories), I enjoy being the life of the
party. I get along with nearly everyone I meet, and I have a lot of
friends who mean a lot to me. I live by the mantra that you can
never have too many friends, and everyone who I come across mean
something to me.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a huge sports junkie. I'd
estimate that 75 percent of my Facebook posts are related to
sports, and even that might be a conservative estimate. I'm from
Michigan, so I love all the Detroit sports teams, especially the
Lions and Red Wings. But I have a special place in my heart for the
Michigan football program. An obsession might be a better word.
I've been told watching games with me when one of my teams is
playing is an experience.
I'm a pretty open-minded person and pretty friendly. So don't be
afraid to say hi.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a secret government spy. I travel the globe and go undercover
to get close to some of the world's most tyrannical leaders. And
just when they start to trust me, I take them out!
OK, so I made that all up, but it's so much cooler than what I
really am doing with my life. So I'm going to go with that for now.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being random and making people laugh. It's just a skill I've always
had, and I'm not shy about using it. If I were a video game
character, that would be my secret move. Up, Down, Up, Left, L1,
Right, Up would be the code to unlock it, and you would never lose

Battle Mode. I will own.
Random trivia. I read random articles on wikipedia for fun, and
really have a bunch of random factoids in my head that probably
will never come in handy except for when I play Last Call Trivia or
Geeks Who Drink at the bars around Boise
Road trips. I don't know how one can be bad at roadtrips, but it
seems appropriate to put it here. I'm weird in the fact that I love
long car rides. I love it especially when I get to see parts of the
country I have never seen. I drove out to Idaho from New Hampshire
back when I moved here in 2008 and it was an amazing journey. My
parents live in California, so I do that drive a couple times a

Maybe my voice. I've been told on more than one occasion by
strangers I should be on the radio. I guess that probably has
something to do with my personality, because I am not quiet at all.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

In terms of music: O.A.R., Dave Matthews Band, Dispatch (bonus
points to anyone that knows them), Michael Franti and Spearhead,
Pearl Jam, Childish Gambino, Van Morrison, Bob Segar, U2, Stephen
Kellogg and the Sixers (more bonus points if you know them), Blues
Traveler, Bruce Springsteen (I'm convinced that Jungleland is 10
minutes of pure musical perfection, and nothing will ever convince
me otherwise), the list goes on...
My favorite movie is Boondock Saints, but like music, my tastes are
all over the board. Other favorites: Gangs of New York, the
Departed, Shawshank Redemption, Field of Dreams, Mighty Ducks I and
II (but not III), All the Back to the Futures, and again, I could
go on all day.
TV Shows: My all-time favorite is South Park. Matt Stone and Trey
Parker are heroes of mine. I like anything that you can binge watch
on Netflix and follow a story line. I loved Breaking Bad and Sons
of Anarchy. I'm anxious for the next season of House of Cards to be
For food, I'm usually up for anything as long as it doesn't have
nuts. I'm not allergic, I just don't like them.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Sports. That is probably the first thing I fell in love with
when I was a kid. 2) My friends and family. They keep me sane,
'nuff said. 3) Music. I listen to it wherever I go. 4) Laughter. It
is one of the most important building blocks in life. 5) The news.
I like to keep up with what is going on in the world. 6) The open
road. It makes me feel free.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What song I'm going to conquor at karaoke next. Over the last year
or so I've mastered "Today Was a Good Day." I'm ready for a new
challenge and always accept requests/suggestions.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Friday nights I'm usually working late. Saturday night is my night
to get out and do stuff.

I'm a pretty honest person, but I'm not going to share all that
stuff here, haha. One thing I will share that people always find
quirky is that I have no sense of smell. But yes, I can still
taste. I'm not really sure how that works, either.
Also, I have no problem talking to random people. Stranger Danger
was never an issue for me. It's probably a miracle I was never
kidnapped growing up.
