I feel I sometimes come across as a little bit quiet and reserved, but once I get to know people more I definitely open up. I'm pretty easy going and it usually takes a lot to really annoy me. Family and friends mean a lot to me and I'm incredibly loyal to them. I don't think there's really one word to pin down who I am.. I'm a scientist, artist, thinker, partier.... I can be an incredibly serious person, but I also need to go out and get a little crazy sometimes.
I finished school relatively recently so I'm kind of in an in-between stage in my life it seems. I'm still looking to fill in some of the gaps left by scattered friends and temporary jobs.

I graduated with my Masters degree in Zoo Conservation a little over a year ago and am still looking to find a job somewhere in the zoo field. In the meantime you can find me serving up drinks and eats at a local pub; saving up some money and just trying to enjoy life as it comes.

Trivia (I have a whole bunch of random info stored in my brain it seems), crossword puzzles, multitasking, painting (well, at least pretty good at it I like to think anyways), traveling (I like to think I have a pretty good sense of direction)

TV Shows: Dexter, Heroes, The Tudors, Grey's Anatomy, Flash Forward, the Food Network & HGTV

Books: Life of Pi, the Ender series, The Golden Compass (and The Subtle Knife & Amber Spyglass), All The Kings Men, East of Eden, A Primate's Memoir (the last book I read was The Kite Runner)

Food: Anything Italian is by and far my fave, Thai, cheese, and salty snacks (I'm not big on sweets, give me chips over chocolate any day)

Working unfortunately. Such is the life of a waitress at a pub in a drinking town. My "Fridays" are usually Tuesday and I can be at home watching TV with the fam or out grabbing a drink with some friends.

i seem to be spending far too much time on this considering i wasn't overly serious about the whole thing when i set up my profile. also, i tend to look at people's profiles who seem interesting more than once, which i realize might seem a little weird but it's really just my bad memory of what i've looked at.
