I'm really into music. I play guitar and sing in a band, go to concerts regularly, and buy vinyl. Also, I am hopelessly addicted to books. I am actually reading a novel as I type this.

Socially I am a veritable fountain of delightful witticisms, though paradoxically I can be reserved amid unfamiliar crowds. Often I'm sarcastic, but not bitingly so. My sarcasm is more like a playful nibble. Also, I love a good rousing and analytical discussion about art, religion, philosophy, or what have you. Just so long as it doesn't lead to fisticuffs.

Although I don't seek outdoorsy-type activities, I really love nature and spent much of my childhood hiking, camping, and building forts. I'd love a partner for jogging or biking or swimming or whatever. I'm not so enthusiastic about watching competitive sports. Other than that I'm a good sport about most everything.

Oh! I almost forgot. For several years I assisted special needs children. This really has impressed a few girls so I thought I should mention it here. They were all like "You are such a saint!" and I was like "Whatever."

I'm a freelance illustrator/designer finishing an MFA in sequential art at SCAD-Atlanta. Currently developing an animation project. Probably will start teaching part-time in the fall.

On the side, I front a rock band and compose all the songs, and I'm writing/illustrating the Great American (Graphic) Novel.
