I'm currently in St. Louie for school, microbrews, and terrible weather. I'm originally from Connecticut, but I did most of my growing up in California, and now I'm in the Midwest. Basically I've lived all over the US!

Although I'd prefer settling down somewhere where the weather is nice (preferably back home in Santa Clara, or anywhere in California), I don't particularly mind moving around either. In fact, I chose my profile name because I feel like I can just pack up my life in just a backpack and move on to wherever life takes me next.

Going to school for the rest of my life.. I don't wanna bore you with details, so ask if you want to know more!

Arithmetic. I love calculating tip at restaurants.

I'd like to think that I'm a good cook. Other people tell me I'm awesome, but my own mother tells me I'm horrible. She's probably right.

Recently I've been getting very good at scraping ice off my car in the mornings. Midwest weather is very interesting.

I don't read a lot, but I really liked Life of Pi, Lord of the Flies, and Guillver's Travels. Wait a minute.. I'm noticing a theme here...

Movies - Amelie, ChaЯly, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Benjamin Button, The Terminal, Green Mile, Forrest Gump, Star Wars, Something the Lord Made (you REALLY gotta watch this if you haven't already). I really like Pixar films too, especially Up.

Shows - Parks and Rec, Community, 30 Rock, Modern Family, and who could forget How I Met Your Mother? I used to watch House, but then I learned too much about this hocus pocus known as medicine and now the show seems really stupid and exaggerated. Oh yeah, I recently started watching Bob's Burgers, that show is hilarious!

Music - Beatles, Killers, Queen, Fray, Franz Ferdinand, Muse, LMFAO, Calvin Harris, 2pac, Avicii, Bloody Beetroots, Zedd, r3hab remixes. I'm not a music snob, and I like a little bit of everything! I adore soundtracks from movies and dramas that my mom used to watch when I was little, since they remind me of childhood times. Recently I've been developing a love for EDM. Suggest me some good artists if you're into EDM, especially hardstyle!
I also love Taylor Swift. And Katy Perry. Please dont judge me :(.

Food - I like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and American food. Growing up in California also obligates me to love Mexican food. I swear, you can tell if someone has ever lived in Cali just based on that alone!

The future, but doesn't everybody? I wonder where I'll be in 10 years. I wonder what cool new inventions will come about during our lifetime. I wonder if I'll have any real impact on the world.

But these days, I mostly just wonder why the heck the weather is so unpredictable. One day its 70 outside, and the next day it's 15. California spoiled me.

*Update* I *thought* I was exaggerating when I said 70 to 15 in one day, turns out I wasn't exaggerating.

I teared up the first time I watched Britney Spears perform "Everytime" on SNL. Oh god such a sad and beautiful song (at least to my 8th grade mind).
