I'm a huge proponent of the work to live philosophy and believe that everyone should give back by, at the very least, volunteering his or her time and knowledge. I'm a fan of the Yankees, Jets, craft beer, being active, and making the most of what I've been given.

Originally from Rockland County, I've changed things up a lot in the past few years in the never ending quest to figure out what I want to do with my life. I currently work at a small start up - we make really cool stuff - and volunteer for a great non-profit organization in NYC.

Everything and nothing. All at the same time and usually as I'm trying to sleep.

Recently I've been utilizing my Friday nights as recovery from the previous week. But I easily fall prey to peer pressure, so that usually never works out.
