I am love, peace, and joy.
My Self-Summary
Being in the world but not of it is currently a delicious theme of
my life and is a large part of the focus of the spiritual work I'm
doing right now. I love watching movies, going on dates, having
sex, being silly with friends, practicing yoga and martial arts,
and on and on and yet at the same time am coming at all of them
from a place of neutral observation, still engaging and enjoying
but not necessarily buying into the satellite beliefs and feelings
that we have imposed on all those activities.
What I’m doing with my life
Being in the world but not of it is currently a delicious theme of
my life and is a large part of the focus of the spiritual work I'm
doing right now.
I love stretching the boundaries of myself and all the different
ways I can be and experience things while still being in integrity
with myself and who I want to be. Will you see me getting angry
driving sometimes? Of course. Will you see me giving friends
lapdances? How could I not. Will you see me giving people healings
and readings with or without them knowing it as they find
themselves? Absolutely. And through it all you'll also see me
trying to be myself through it all.
I love going on dates, am open to a relationship and friends, doing
nothing, and also love talking about yoga, Chinese medicine,
martial arts, and whatever other subject leads to something
interesting ^_^".
Now for something a little less esoteric:
I'm a
graduate student at Five
Branches University for Traditional
Chinese Medicine, studying
acupuncture,
herbal
medicine, and
Asian bodywork. In addition a
third of our program consists of Western medical training.
I also teach
yoga
which I have been practicing since I was sixteen. As of November
1st I'll be teaching an active meditation and working with energy
class at Body & Soul Yoga Studio in Santa Cruz, CA and then in
December will also pick up a Yoga class to teach as well.
I'm a trained
intuitive with schools in Lake Tahoe
& San Rafael and do
spiritual &
energetic healings &
readings to help people be more who
they truly are and truly want to be, to find a better sense of
their purpose and live it, and to remove old energies and limiting
beliefs to let more of themself in.
FYI: I have no problem talking with people of any age about yoga
and spiritual and energy work, but my parents are 43 years old, so
after late-20's-ish it quickly feels a little out of place for me
to consider dating someone.
I’m really good at
Yoga
Meditation
Taiji & Ba Gua (Chinese Martial Arts)
Dancing
Flute
Composing Music
Taking Tests
Hiking
Listening
Making People Laugh
The first things people usually notice about me
My curly hair, seriously, at clubs random people will just come up
to me and pet my hair without asking. In fifth grade a substitute
teacher randomly came up to me and said "Oh my God I love your hair
so much!" I was kind of freaked out. People also tend to notice my
'yoga ass' which I have heard some very interesting comments
about...

Awesome friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Lately the sunsets in Santa Cruz have been amazing. The scenery
driving places is amazing and makes me appreciate this country so
much more. I miss snow. I love myself much more now. My purpose and
what I'm choosing to create as my limitless beliefs.
On a typical Friday night I am
Going to Caitlin's Yoga Class and then studying with her for
Chinese medicine and then hopefully going out with someone or
sleeping to prepare for martial arts class Saturday morning.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I've had sex for money when I was younger.
You should message me if
Just do it, you'll never know if you don't try (good advice for
myself as well ^_^").
