My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a pretty laid back person, considering I'm a recovering workaholic. I enjoy whiskey, yoga and tv. I like tiger lilies and the colour yellow.

I have recently embraced minimalism upon moving into a cozy, wee apartment. I meditate, it makes me kinder and more compassionate, and makes commuting less stessful!

It's hard to sum a person up in one of these boxes, send me a message to chat and be friendly!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm pretty excited about my career at the moment! I do body work and energy healing. I'm invested in cultivating my mad skills, so I'm usually in some sort of training program, mentorship, or workshop. I also believe that to facilitate healing in others, it's crucual to heal ourselves. I value self examination, and respect those who participate in awareness in their daily lives.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Active listening! I think it's one of the most important skills a person can have.

I'm also quite excellent at relaxing, napping, putting off laundry, and I'm also pretty awesome at my job.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm short, have stunning eyes, and knockout curves.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Snow Crash, Neuromancer, Transmetropolitan, A Scanner Darkly, The Time Machine, Cat's Cradle. I also like reading clinical reference books, expanding my practical knowledge totally gets me going.

I believe that 30 Rock is possibly one of the funniest shows ever, and that while all are valid, Deep Space Nine was the most boss season of Star Trek, with TNG a close, close second. I thought True Detective was truly brilliant.

I love food, cooking it and eating it. I have a deep, abiding love for nutritional yeast; good, wholesome cooking; and breakfast foods. I also love poutine, sushi, smoked meat and falafel.

I am currently obsessed with midweek brunches, and feel that more places should serve brunch every day, not exclusively on the weekend.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My best friend.

I'm also down with hot liquids such as tea/coffee/soup, my pet dragon, hammocks, a smooth irish whiskey or a peated single malt scotch once in a while, brunch and yoga.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Health and healing. Being a good person, and if I'm succeeding. How amazing a deeply honest conversation with someone is. What to eat for lunch. Sex. What the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow is.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At home in a sock monkey onesie watching Star Trek with my cat.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I love Boston. The band, not the city. I have aspirations of someday starting a Boston cover band, and calling it Massachusetts.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're funny, fun, and it seems like a good idea. You feel it's important to liberate brunch from the weekend elite.

Bonus points if you wanna talk fascia, neuroplasticity, know all the words to Ice Ice Baby, or can recommend a delicious and moderately priced scotch.
