My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania but fell in love with California.

Calm, supportive, thoughtful and humorous. Sports fan, music and film lover, history buff. Fun seeker and open to new experiences. Loyal friend.

Rational and analytical, kind hearted, idealistic and skeptical. Self secure and honest. Enjoys a good debate/discussion. Often quick with sarcasm and one liners.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a teacher. It's a fulfilling, interesting, and very challenging profession. And we actually get paid pretty well in the Bay Area. And I get summers off :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
BOOKS: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is probably my favorite book. Love the way Kesey writes.

MOVIES The Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather, Star Wars, The Princess Bride, Pulp Fiction, the Departed, American Beauty, Goodfellas, Dumb & Dumber (lets pretend the sequel never happened),

SHOWS: Game of Thrones, True Detective, Louie, Daily Show, Real time with Bill Maher.

FOOD: Back on the east coast I love the Italian food and the deli. Admittedly I haven't explored much of the bay area food scene but I've really enjoyed the Mexican and Asian food (Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai) in California. I also love a good sandwich, which I am on a constant quest to find in the bay area.

MUSIC: I really love music. My favorite artists are older acts such as Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead. I also love the 90s rock from my childhood (Nirvana, Sublime, the Red Hot Chili Peppers.) Jazz, blues, folk and even country are enjoyable to me as well.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'll do five:

Quest for understanding/knowledge
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
my job, my friends, my family, what to do for fun.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually I am either out with a couple friends or just taking it easy after a long work week. Happy hour, dinner, a movie, a night out on the town are common Friday nights for me.
