I am sure there are lots of things that you can totally kick my butt at…like playing sports, or knowledge about sports, or the ability to sit and watch sports but I will win at trivial pursuit. I love playing pub trivia and often win as a one man team.
I sometimes like being outdoors, when it involves easy walks in the park, playing at the beach, visiting a zoo, walking around the city, sightseeing etc. But most of my favorite activities are things I enjoy indoors in artificially controlled temperatures…like reading books, and watching movies and playing board games/ computer games and stalking…er…ah..keeping in contact with friends and family via the internet. I’m open to going out of my comfort zone…I’d even catch a game if that floats your boat. But you’re buying me beer during the game and ice cream afterwards!
I am more introverted than extroverted. What does that mean? Well, I love spending time with friends and family but there are some days when I just want to chill in silence playing Heroes of Might and Magic 3 to re-energize.
Lots of people like to say they are laid back, but i am not one of them. I can be high strung when insecure or when I feel blindsided. I work well and a get along with others, but I am my best when working on a project by myself where I have the most control over the outcome.
I enjoy running but need to get back into a better habit of it. I am not a skinny girl. I will never be a skinny girl. I like chocolate and cheese too much. I am a size 12, but working on getting back to 10 being a little loose. I like my body and that it is soft and curvy and feminine. I enjoy my boobs and my child bearing hips… bodies meant to be good at bearing and rearing babies are meant to be good at making them as well IMO. Wink wink. Nudge nudge. Wakka wakka
I feel like I should address this thing about my job: Yes, I do have a masters and I am ENLISTED in the Navy. I am going to finish my active duty enlistment and then transfer to the reserves and get my ph.d. I really don't want to discuss it further...I hear it pretty much anytime someone new walks on to my watch floor or I am introduced to any DoD member or retiree :/
So to Sum it all if you like nerdy, loyal, earthy girls with a bawdy sense of humor and fairly decent wit, we may get along.
