My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I take a light hearted approach to life and always try to find a way to exploit my sense of humor, not taking the mundane and workaday stresses of life too seriously. If some sort of balance isn't maintained to shut out the nuisances and distractions, it can have an adverse effect on relationships across the board. When problems arise, the time to settle a misunderstanding is before the sun goes down, so the issue doesn't drag into another day and turn into resentment.

I am definitely romantic, but I don't base romance on candlelight dinners, walking in the surf under moonlight, or any of the pretenses of what popular culture dictates as romantic. I see a relationship as; love in action ... spontaneous displays of respect, consideration and affection.

If you have an X, hopefully you have a respectful relationship with him and he is not overly involved in your personal life, with the exception of any children that you share.

I like professional women. I don't really care what you do as long as you have some kind of skill and perform it well.. A sharp wit and a sense of humor is a big turn on for me. You will need one because I can get bored easily.

I love live music, the mountains, exploring the coast of Maine, car shows, rock and roll and jazz. I am not a huge Country and Western fan, but I have to say, rednecks are pretty funny.

Reasons to pass me by? You are a well educated - independAnt womEn and definAtely don't understand this riddle, think smoking socially has something to do with cigarettes, list your favorite hobby as your profession, post old photographs and lie about your age, cut and crop pictures of you with your X, think dating sites are your own personal fan club, are agoraphobic and have no intention of meeting anybody, honestly believe that picture of you with gobs of make-up makes you look ... "GREAT", consider your pets as your children (as if you carried them in your own womb ... yes, they are indeed part of the family), hold your nose when you are around farm animals or horses, give money to TV evangelists, are mistaken for a casino employee, think that your new boyfriend is obligated to pay for everything that you do as a couple, have never been a licensed driver.

We are all really three people: The person we think we are, the person others perceive we are, and the person we manifest ourselves to be. You need to meet people face to face to begin to know them.
