My self-summary Propose an edit
I'm a computer scientist. I
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
Computer
Science from Georgia Tech. I spend a lot of time
playing video
games and chatting on the computer. I'm not
opposed to going
out from time to time, but I equally enjoy hanging out at home.
What else to say...
I've been playing a lot of Soulcalibur 4 in the breakroom at
work lately and trying to get better. I'd love a good challenge if
anyone else is good at it.
I think most of my life lately is trying to find what I like and
dislike. A lot of it revolves around thinking about games and the
game-logic. (More below in "I spend a lot of time thinking
about"
Lately, I'm playing poker and softball with friends on a weekly
basis. I'm not so much of a night life guy, but I do it from time
to time. I'm content to sit at home and watch a movie or hang out
with friends at one of their houses.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
I work for a large website in Atlanta as a Software Engineer. Aside from
that you'll just have to contact me to find out more. I'm an open
person, but I don't like to post too much publicly.

I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
How to come up with the next clever bit of computer code.
Game-logic (skip this section if you're not into games): Recently,
I got back into board games and table-top games and I realized that
the ones that are the most fun tend to be the ones that are the
most balanced. The same thing applies to computer games, video
games, sports, and pretty much any fun activity you can think of. I
started applying this idea to how I play games (particularly video
games) - trying to come up with best guesses for logical
progressions from one move to the next. For example, in a well made
game, game-logic dictates that you will always be presented with a
choice that will cause result in success and more often than not
you have to go out of your way to fail, use that knowledge to bend
the rules of what you think the right choice is in your mind. With
enough study, you can start to think like a game programmer and
become much better at gaming in general.
I know that might have been boring, but I can be pretty deep at
times.
