Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
(Edit 7/03/15 - Yes I am a cancer patient going through
chemotherapy for hodgkin's lymphoma, was diagnosed back in march on
my birthday, as such I'm looking for someone that'll be
understanding and take the time to actually get to know me and
doesn't mind staying in with a good movie on the days I'm not up
for going out. A friend I can spend time with and share with while

I relocated to connecticut just a few summers ago, and work didn't
really give me much opportunity to really figure this place out...
until now. My hours have completely changed (for the better), and
it's become humanly possible for me to meet other people at a
reasonable hour, so I'm starting to make an effort in that
direction. I've always been about experiencing more of life, going
places, doing things.
A little more to know about me is I'm trying to enjoy life while
working towards my own goals. I am a computer programmer and
currently working as a technician and website designer while also
working nights as a poker dealer. In my spare time I study hapkido
and kendo. Test out new video games and even design a few for fun.
I like to go out and meet new people, hit the movies or go up to
devils hopyard and go hiking. I also draw in my spare time (posted
a pic of one) and enjoy a good book.

Since it was asked how a person can be both spontaneous and
reliable without being a contradiction I thought my response to
that question was a good addition to my profile.
It makes for a fun contradiction. Simply put, when it comes to
friends and family I am very reliable. I never break promises and
am always there for them. Now the spontaneous part of me likes to
just up and go out, act goofy when the situation allows for it. But
reliability comes first when it concerns things of
Life calls for a mix of the two, if too much of one or the other
you just end up either a bore or obnoxious. I learned this lesson
the hard way but it made for a much better life when I did.
