Intelligent, sophisticated, traveled, modest. I am respectful of
everyone. Appreciate what is done for me and enjoy doing things for
others. I have a lot of knowledge, about many different subjects,
probably derived just from living. I have had a good life, even
though I have made a lot of mistakes, hopefully, not more than
once. I have a BA in Psychology, but have worked as an industrial
engineer, owned a Kawasaki Motorcycle Dealership and am still
licensed as a Real Estate Broker. I have had an interesting life. I
want that to continue.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm fortunate enough to live in a very nice community, only about
one mile from the ocean. I get to see that wonderful ocean nearly
every day. I live between Santa Monica and Malibu. I read a lot on
my Kindle Fire eReader, which I love. I just finished Steve Job. A
truly interesting book, about a super unique genius, in his own
right. I have several inventive ideas, which I am pursuing. I am
into writing, either short stories, or song lyrics and someday
soon, the finish of a longer book. And life goes on.
I’m really good at
Solving technical problems. Learning interesting new things. Giving
advice to anyone asking for it, in areas in which I am
knowledgeable. My major in Psychology and minor in Sociology,
probably gives me a good insight, into knowing how people think and
react to different situations. Hopefully, I have been a help to
others and will continue to be.
The first things people usually notice about me
My stoic charm! Don't I look a little on the stoic side? Actually I
never learned to smile well. It was always difficult for me. I have
no idea why?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I enjoyed The Help movie and The Green Lantern movie. I like any
movie that has a happy ending, where someone beats unbeatable odds.
I like winners, not losers. I enjoy most food. I love prime
I also love the bar b q ribs at Houston's. I love breaded shrimp
and the large shrimp cocktails from The Malibu Chart House. I love
most music. I love most stage shows, especially musicals.
The six things I could never do without
Obviously food and drink. Heat in it's various forms. Protection
from the elements in a good house. A good moderate climate like
California and last, but certainly not least, good opposite sex
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to make my days more productive? I like to accomplish at least
one new thing every day. I like to feel at the end of the day, that
it was a worthwhile day. I like that feeling of accomplishment. In
this life, you either go up, or down and there is no future in
down, so I try to think positive thoughts and do positive things,
On a typical Friday night I am
Reading, watching a rental DVD, if nothing is available on my
Netflix etc. Possibly watching television. I might go out to eat,
or to a new movie, that has had good reviews. I don't enjoy eating
out alone, or in alone. Actually I'm not crazy about being alone,
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
If it's private, I won't be admitting it.
You should message me if
You find anything you have read interesting. I am very good about
returning messages. I return my emails when received and check them
before I go to bed and first thing, when I get up in the morning.
Your's won't go unanswered and that's a promise. If you just want
to talk, that's fine with me. I can do that too. No obligation.
