I'm not sure how to start. I tend to be easy-going in my social life yet intense in my pursuits. I like staying active and live a healthy lifestyle. I played baseball through college and like playing most sports. I also enjoy exploring new areas and traveling when I get the opportunity. My recent favorites were San Diego and Denver. Closer to home, I'm a fan of kayaking, surfing, BBQ's, concerts, and I just know my good buddy is going to get me into standup paddleboarding this summer.

I also have a creative side. Music has played a large part of my life since I was very young. My dad used to be a songwriter and I grew up listening to him play. I play piano myself and hope to learn the guitar one day. I also collect records and love concerts. Any artist with real talent is fine by me. My last couple concerts were Allison Krauss and TSO. Photography is something I also enjoy and I love taking pictures at car races, shows, or just mother nature. Oh, and while I'm on the topic of cars, I'm a classic British car guy!

I may seem like an active busybody, but I promise my life isn't all that crazy. I'm looking for a girl who is family oriented and is interested in a real relationship, yet still likes to have fun. I don't like games or drama and I simply want a girl I'm as comfortable around and she is with me.

I'm a Mechanical Engineer and I (usually) love it!

Outside of work, I'm doing what I like to do... hang out with friends, have fun, house stuff, car stuff... living the American dream.

I'm a handyman at heart. If it can be dreamed up, I can figure out how to build it. I can also play a pretty mean Billy Joel or Elton John on the piano. I like to think I'm a good friend and an open ear if a friend needs to talk.

I'm tall... and kinda thin. I'm also a bit shy until I get to know you better. Other than that, you'll have to tell me :)

I'm not a big reader but my last couple books (ok, audiobooks...) were "Here, There, and Everywhere" by Jeoff Emerick and I just finished with Steve Jobs' biography which I really enjoyed.

Favorite shows: Top Gear, NCIS, Burn Notice, House, Dirty Jobs, American Pickers, and most anything else on History or Discovery.

Food: I can eat just about anything as long as it's not too spicy. I usually eat healthy but I'm just as happy pigging out. I'm a bottomless pit but still manage to stay thin. My favorite food is seafood. I can make a mean planked salmon on the grill. I'm also a fan of good beer and sweet red wines.

Music: This is going to be a long one... I have very eclectic tastes in music. I listen to everything from Muddy Waters and Fats Domino to Alison Krauss and Elton John. The Beatles are my favorite group and I'm partial to singer/songwriter type stuff as well. A taste of my iTunes library includes the Allman Brothers, America, Beach Boys, Bee Gees, Billy Joel, CCR, CSNY, Don McLean, the Doobie Brothers, the Drifters, Eagles, Evanescence, the Everly Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, Herman's Hermits, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Loggins and Messina, Neil Diamond, Randy Newman, the Righteous Brothers, Queen, Simon and Garfunkel, Three Dog Night, and Yes. I own a turntable and know how to use it!

How to fit 48 hours into a 24 hour day.

Usually relaxing at home, working on one of my projects, or hanging out BBQing with friends. I'm not the clubbing type, sorry!
