My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've lived and worked around the NYC area all my life, with a brief stint in DC for school. I'm a Jersey girl without the big hair and the Joisey accent. But all is not lost, I do like my malls and diners.

I currently work in the sports industry, which is great b/c I've always been a fan. Oddly enough, I watched more sports before I entered the industry. However, I do enjoy a game here and there.

Other than sports, I am also a news junkie. I tend to read and daily with an interest in international affairs.

I travel quite a bit for vacation. I've visited 6 continents (africa is last) and 47 states in the US. Surprisingly, with all the traveling, I still haven't been to our neighbor to the south! When I'm not out trying new things, I love curling up on the couch with a great movie/show or book.

Part of the reason I joined this site is to try something new. I believe that new experiences can make life a bit more interesting and can make a person grow. The experiences can be as small as trying a new restaurant to reading a new genre to learning a new language.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
trying everything at least once and making very detailed vacation plans (like in excel)
The first things people usually notice about me

Books: voracious reader of fiction, almost anything. Reading non-fiction is a bit like pulling teeth. TV shows and films: anything but horror.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
passport, internet connection, camera, reading material, sleep and movie previews
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

On a typical Friday night I am

catching up with friends, hosting visitors, staying in and recovering from the week. no such thing as a typical night
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
