I'm originally from Denmark (small flat country in northern europe that smells slightly like bacon), but have recently moved to Brooklyn where I live with my wife and our semi-permanent couch surfing gay. I purchased my wife through the "American Wifes" catalog and my couch surfing gay at a labour day sale event at Wallmart. I was originally planning to go for the more socially acceptable Russian or Asian mailorder brides, but with the current low value of the dollar, the American mail order bride alternative definitely seemed like the most value for my money...

(I actually met my wife right here on OkCupid... amazing, eh? It actually works!)

I am artistic, sarcastic, and fun

12 years ago, I had to make a choice between a career as an artist, art director/designer or software engineer. Fortunately, I had a very good friend who chose the ad agency route. The insane amount of evil competition and backstabbing he had to endure convinced me to choose art or software engineering. Between those, I ended up not choosing art and studied computer science at my favorite danish university.

Even though my heart might lie closer to my art, that choice has allowed to keep my art true to my heart. I only work on my art when I feel like it and I never have to pursue a specific style or subject because it is more sellable than what I would prefer doing.

This might sound a bit sad, but I actually love my job. When I am at work, I am enjoying myself. When I am not at work, I look forward to going to work again.
