I am funny, intelligent, and quirky.
My Self-Summary
I live with a roomie, his two dogs and my "giant" dog. I love
swimming,
SCUBA Diving
and
reading. I
also like to go out and dance with my friends. I love science,
specifically biology, and hope to share my love of science with my
students when I become a teacher. I love mollusks, particularly
cephalapods and collect things made in their image. I also collect
religious icons, examples being my Magic 8-ball Jesus, Buddha
statues, and a plethora of Virgin Mary merchandise.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently seeking my graduate degree in Adult Secondary
Biology education at UNF. I'm also seeking a part-time or full time
job. I'm working on improving my Rock Band 2 skills to the hard
level on drums. I can get through a song, but sustained periods of
drumming hurt my hands.
I’m really good at
I'm a great swimmer and have done many water related sports, like a
swim team and a synchronized swim team. I'm also very flexible
which lends me to preforming well in yoga. I'm also awesome at
procrastinating, but that's a skill I need to deprove upon.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look like Sarah Silverman, but that's only if you meet me in a
bar, or other not well lighted area. I won't say I don't like Sara
Silverman, but she's not my favorite. People also take notice in my
name. Common reactions are, "That's pretty!", "Say that again?",
and "Carolyn?" Only two people have ever called my George with any
consistency, but it's not a nickname I'd choose to have.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love all kinds of books, but tend to steer towards novels related
to mysteries and comedies. I recently read a Christopher Moore
book, "The Stupidest Angel" which I loved. I'm also a huge fan of
Kurt Vonnegut. I like all kinds of movies, but my favorite movie is
28 Days Later. I also listen to all types of music except scream-o
metal and some techno. I like spicy food, like curries. I also
enjoy sushi.
The six things I could never do without
The internet, Bennett (my dog), a comfy bed, flip-flops, a deck of
cards and night dresses.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
All the reading I should be doing and why books on education are so
dull. I also spend some time dwelling on spiritual matters like, do
smokers goto hell because it's a slow form of suicide?
On a typical Friday night I am
A number of places that change every week. I recently became the
drummer in a Rock Band 2 Band called C-Lins +. This band usually
consists of my roommate and I, but the plus allows others to play
with us.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I love shopping for underwear, but I spend most of my time not
wearing them.
You should message me if
you're a lady interested in a threesome with me and my boyfriend.
I'm sure we can work something out.
