I’m a southern girl transplanted to DC for a few years now. And like every good southern girl I cook, can swig bourbon with the boys and love college football. I enjoy the performing arts and read a lot. I travel around the country a lot for my job, which I love, but when I’m home prefer to spend it with my friends. I love my family and hope to have my own one day.

I currently do business development for a consulting firm in the DC metro. My customers are the Federal Government and state and local governments. I get to travel a lot with my job inside the US , which is pretty fun!

I love jam bands and good music. I am also a frequent patron at the Kennedy Center for the ballet or an opera. I enjoy reading biographies and books on business, but a quick beach read sneaks its way in every once and a while. I do enjoy good food and DC definitely has a lot to offer. I am obsessed with Homeland at the moment
