I opened this account in 2003(!), and I rediscovered it 9 years later when a few friends mentioned it and convinced me that it was a good site to use...go figure. Maybe I was ahead of my time.

I'm a passionate and sensitive (ie Korean) guy who grew up in Southern California and graduated from college in the Midwest (had to get out of the Asian bubble- best decision of my life!).
I strive for greatness as I try to maintain goodness.

I like sports, dancing, and music (and yes, I do own a cello- extra points if you play that or piano!)

I'll let the rest of this page sort of explain everything else, like my interests and stuff.

In the essential scope of things:

Disciplining myself to prepare for the real world, leaving behind a legacy for others to follow. I'm making my mistakes and learning from them, and I'm continually listening, because I know I'm not there yet. I'm not above what I don't know, and I'm not below what appalls me either. Above all, I thank God for everything that I have, because I am nothing without him. (I Corinthians 10:33 is my verse)

random trivia: I like reading about baseball history and the background of U.S. Presidents, musicology (Mozart to Motown, The Clash to Kenny Rogers, the Beatles to Jay-Z), and random pop culture. I also like dancing like a crazed fool :-)

My favorite book is the Power of One. My favorite book in the Bible is Proverbs.

My favorite movies are The Shawshank Redemption and Braveheart. I like the Godfather Part II more than Part I.

I listen to EVERYTHING you could possibly think of on the radio...to the point where I could probably sing along to almost any song that's in a karaoke book- pop, rap, k-pop, r&b, country, etc.

I like Italian, and I like most Asian food (but I am partial to Korean)

God, my legs (particularly my massive calves), food, persistance, laughter, love

If you got your undergrad degree from UCLA, well...I'll still talk to you and be friendly. But you might not like me when football season comes around. (note that I didn't go to USC, so don't lose hope if for some reason you did go to UCLA...I do like Diddy Riese!)
