I don't know exactly what to write here. I think of myself as a reserved, laid back kinda guy. Most people would call me shy or quiet, but I can be quite the opposite when I'm around people I know and with which I am comfortable. I'm a curious person that likes to observe, learn new things, and get to know new people. I recently turned 21, but I'm not a big drinker. I love to go out dancing, but I haven't really been able to go to a club in awhile because of school or work.. I usually work weekends. Latin dances are appealing to me, but I have never learned any. I used to run long distance track and cross country in high school, and I still go running every once in a while, when I feel in the mood to. I have never done karaoke, but I'd like to at some point. I used to sing in the school choir, and the few friends that have heard me sing think I have a good voice. I love northern Michigan; I've been going up north since I was a month old, and love being outdoors experiencing nature or being in the water. I'm fairly competitive, but I'm not a poor sport. I'm not a big sports buff, but I have been known to watch a basketball or football game now and then. The only thing I've really ever cooked is chicken parmesan, unless you consider using the microwave as cooking..which I don't. I love driving; sometimes I just drive around aimlessly. And, I'll answer questions honestly, but I don't really like to talk about myself much...so I think this is all for right now. If you want to know more, ask.

I'm going into my senior year at Michigan State University, where I plan to earn my bachelor's in nutritional science. I'm contemplating taking the MCAT and applying to medical school. I also work part-time throughout the year as a lead banquet porter at a local hotel, which means that I lead a team of people that set up banquet halls and meeting rooms. My coworkers are great and for the most part, I really enjoy this work. Right now, I'm working and going to school full-time, but I get out every now and then.

I don't really have favorites per se...

but I like mystery and suspense novels mostly...anything by Agatha Christie (I really liked And Then There Were None), the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, and John Grisham novels....the Great Gatsby, Of Mice and Men, Presumed Innocent, and the DaVinci Code were also very good.

I mainly like comedy, drama, suspense, and action movies...I'm not really into gory horror movies...some favorites are: Forrest Gump, Office Space, V For Vendetta, Home Alone (the first 2), Identity, The Bourne Series, When Harry Met Sally, 007 series (though I haven't seen the latest 2), Secret Window, Wall-E, Rocky Series, The Great Outdoors, Tommy Boy, Batman Movies, National Lampoon's Vacation, You've Got Mail, The Usual Suspects, The Departed, To Kill A Mockingbird, Ocean's Series, Mr. And Mrs. Smith, Rat Race, Kill Bill, Finding Nemo, and Little Miss Sunshine, to name a few...

I listen to all types of music...but I don't listen to gospel, techno, heavy metal, or grunge much...I really like classic rock, oldies, and R&B...some rap and country is good.

And as far as food goes.. I love Italian food, chicken prepared in various ways, and chocolate.
